Bio

Daniel Ramirez is highly experienced personal injury lawyer, who has handled serious and complex personal injury cases over his career in South Texas.

Dan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1979 with a degree in accounting. He then became a Certified Public Accountant and went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi. Before going to law school, Dan was the head of public housing in Corpus Christi for several years.

Dan completed his legal studies at South Texas College of Law in Houston and graduated with his J.D. in 1997. Daniel started his legal career with a law firm in Edinburg, Texas. In 2000, he founded The Law Offices of Daniel R. Ramirez, P.C. in San Antonio, Texas. In 2001, he expanded his law practice by opening a second location in Dallas, Texas. In 2019, he proudly started working as Of Counsel with the Bandas Law Firm, P.C.

Daniel Ramirez is a life long resident of South Texas and is dedicated to seeking justice for his clients. He prides himself in treating all his clients with compassion, constantly being mindful that they have often just gone through a tragedy in their lives.
